About

At The Motherhood Wellness Clinic, we believe women deserve mental health care that recognizes the unique experiences, challenges, and strengths that come with being a woman and mother. We are a women- and motherhood-focused practice dedicated to supporting individuals and couples through the many emotional, relational, and life transitions that can arise throughout the reproductive and parenting journey.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or struggling to navigate a season of life that feels heavier than you expected, you don't have to carry it alone. Whether you're facing infertility, miscarriage, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, postpartum OCD, relationship difficulties, or the emotional impact of women's health concerns, we provide a compassionate space where healing can begin.

We recognize that women's mental health does not exist in isolation from the rest of their lives. Hormonal changes, reproductive health challenges, relationships, caregiving responsibilities, stress, past experiences, and community support all play an important role in emotional well-being. Too often, women's physical and emotional struggles are minimized, misunderstood, or dismissed. We believe women deserve care that listens, validates, and looks at the whole picture.

We also believe that motherhood was never meant to be done alone. In today's world, many mothers are raising families with less support, greater demands, and more isolation than previous generations. Our mission is to help women feel supported, connected, and equipped as they navigate the realities of modern motherhood.

Using a holistic, trauma-informed approach and evidence-based therapies including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), we help clients heal from past wounds, strengthen relationships, regulate their nervous systems, and build lasting emotional wellness.

Because when mothers are supported, families grow stronger. Healthy women contribute to healthy families, healthy children, and thriving communities.

We offer both in-person therapy in Bothell and telehealth services throughout Washington State.

Kelsey, Admin

As the Administrative Coordinator at The Motherhood Wellness Clinic, I'll likely be one of the first people you connect with. Whether you're reaching out with questions, scheduling your first appointment, or exploring your options, my goal is to help you feel welcomed, supported, and at ease from the very beginning.

One of my greatest passions is encouraging women and helping people feel seen, heard, and cared for. Through years of serving and supporting women in various seasons of life, I've come to appreciate the importance of compassion, genuine connection, and having a safe place to turn during both joyful and challenging times.

I'm married to my husband of 16 years, and together we're raising our two wonderful children. As a wife and mother, I understand how important it is to care for ourselves while caring for those we love. I'm honored to be part of a clinic that supports women and mothers, and I look forward to helping you get connected with the care and support you deserve.
