Emma Brown, LMHCA

Emma is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate, as well as a wife and a new mom. As a primarily person-centered therapist, Emma believes that her clients are the experts in their own lives, possessing the innate capacity for self-healing. Her goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where clients can progress on their journeys toward healing and self-understanding.

Emma recognizes that every individual's path is unique, which is why she utilizes an integrative approach to therapy, customizing her methods to meet each client's needs. She draws from a diverse range of therapeutic theories and interventions—including existential, psychodynamic, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS)—to provide comprehensive, individualized care.

Emma's background includes working with individuals navigating a variety of life's challenges, including depression, anxiety, grief, perinatal and perimenopausal concerns, and work-related stress. This experience has deepened her understanding of the complexities surrounding these issues, allowing her to offer meaningful, compassionate support to those she serves.
